Operating since 2002, the Lionesa Business Center currently houses nearly 110 companies and around 5,000 employees. It is defined as a tailor-made space, with several areas of commerce, services and restaurants, and spaces dedicated to entertainment and leisure. 24/7 operation. It is located in Leça do Balio, in the municipality of Matosinhos, a short distance from Porto and Maia, and close to Porto Airport, enjoying excellent road access – Via Norte (N13 and N14), VCI, A3, A4 and A41. It has bus routes integrated into the public transport network that serve the Porto metropolitan area and the Maia Metro. The Lionesa 2025 project was recently developed, which aims to expand the complex to approximately 104,000 m2, giving it the capacity to accommodate around 9,000 employees. The master plan for the project defines the construction of 8 new buildings for offices, with a total gross area of 40,300 m2, in addition to a leisure and sports area, a shopping and services area, and a hotel unit. The construction of a large free parking area is also planned.
